Thank you for stopping by!  My name is Monique  and I am a photographer based out of the Central Valley in Visalia, California. I am a wife and mama to four very beautiful babies and they truly are my world!

Straight out of high school I went to school for Architecture and worked for a home builder for 13 years, but as soon as my kids were born photographing their every moment quickly grew into an obsession.

These days I stay home and almost always have my camera at hand. I love coffee and wine.  I love drawing & painting.  I love the beach, and although I am not at all musically talented, I do love music!

When documenting my clients I focus on making the photographs look organic. I say this because although it is great to capture beautiful candid moments, they don't always happen without a little direction. Recently I am shooting mostly weddings and families. I have gravitated toward a more colorful and dramatic look to my images.

I am very passionate about my editing, while many photographers outsource their images for editing,  I find it to be a very personal thing that allows me to express myself artistically. Every session is unique and inspiring and it is the very reason that I keep doing what I do. My goal is simply to capture the honesty and rawness of each moment.
